Does DUNALI™ have a warranty?

YES! We guarantee every item from us is of high-quality. Every item from DUNALI has a one-year warranty that allows you to exchange or return your ring if your item is broken. Please kindly offer your order number to get the service.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size, how do I do?

Do not worry. You can contact our customer service to revise the information within 24 hours after your payment. If your package has been shipped already but still in our domestic area, we will try our best to get it back and change to your correct one. But if your package is already in your country, we have to ask for your help to return it back to us to make an exchange. Therefore, please carefully check your order and size. 

Where do your products come from?

We are an Italy-based company. All our products Design in Italy and made in Asia. All the products are handcrafted. DUNALI always ensures our customers have great products and excellent service.

How can I track my shipping Status?

I submitted the wrong address, what should I do to fix it?

Is it possible to change my address after shipping?

What can I do if I received a damaged or broken item?

We guarantee we ship you flawless products. But sometimes products will be damaged via long-distance transportation. If you have received a damaged product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible!

My ring changed color, is it normal?

Yes. It is normal. As we all know, silver reacts with oxygen and other substances in the air to oxidize to silver sulfide.(4Ag + H2S + O2 == 2Ag2S + 2H2O) So your ring will be darker compared with its original appearance. But do not worry. Common jewlery shops can do the cleaning for you to make it shine again.
