Warranty Terms
- Customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to send the items back to Dunali.
- Customer must contact one of Dunali Customer Service for the return shipping address when sending back the items.
- Please include your order number and contact information before repair.
- Customer should make sure that items are safely packed before sending them back. Dunali will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- Repaired depending on the degree of damage to the warranted product.
- Dunali reserve the right to void the warranty on item that shows signs of accident beyond "normal wear"
- When sending back the items, customer must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Packages with no tracking will not be processed.
