What should I return the item?

We are so sorry you have to return our product back to us. Please return it to our referred address as soon as possible. We have 30 days for customers to return items back. We cannot accept the return application if you have received your item for more than 30 days. We regard that you are satisfied with our products if you did not issue a refund request within 30 days after receiving your package.

Please make sure your item must be unused if you would like to return it. Please ship it back with the original packaging including labels and tags and keep it the same condition as you receive it.

I received the wrong item, what do I do?

Please contact our customer service quickly. We will send the correct item to you soon. And we may need your help to ship the wrong item back to us. We will bear the shipping fee.

You will get a full refund if you meet all of the following terms:
