1.Receiving Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time

All DUANLI items are made-to-order. For every piece in our collection, the estimated processing time is listed on the product page. Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order.

2.Processing Time

All Dunali items are made-to-order. Processing time differs from product to product.

For non-personalized items(charm beads, bracelets,earrings and so on which do not have custom options)

It will take 3 working days to process the order. 

For Personalized items (Eg. customized with photos, birth month flowers, names, letters, birth stones etc.)

It will take 5-10 working days to process the order. The estimated processing time is listed on each product page.

Please note

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking number.

During peak holiday and promotional periods order processing times may be longer.

6. OTHER ITEMS FOR DELIVERY

1. P.O. Boxes address or military address are not supported by DHL & UPS

2. As the global shipping is hugely impacted by Covid-19, please understand delivery time will be longer than expected time for some destination countries.
Under uncontrollable circumstances like Covid-19 quarantine, weather changes, natural disasters, war, strikes, the delay might happen. We will do everything we can to offer the most efficient fast service and deliver the items on time. Highly appreciate your patience and understanding.

3. Overnight shipping is not supported at this moment.

4. Address change is supported for free before the package is sent out.
After the package is shipped out, what we can do is to contact the shipping courier and try our best to change the address for you. But we can not guarantee it will be successful. And in this case, there might be costs incurred for addressing change charged by the shipping courier. It will be responsible by customers.

5. The shipping time listed above is the estimated time. Please understand there might be a delay. If you need the dress urgently, please contact us for the expected arrival date. We will see what we can do for you.

6. Shipping fees are non-refundable for any cases.

7. A certain amount of import duty may apply to some countries. For instance, the CSC (customs clearance charge) is required in some European countries. VAT – or Value Added Tax - is administered and collected by HM Revenue and Customs. Customers should be responsible for it.

8. We will email you shipping details after the package is sent out and keep you informed within the delivery time.

9. If your package has been delayed over 10 business days, please contact us via service@dunali.com to check the details information for your package. We will check what happened and offer solutions to fix the issues.
