Supported Countries

We offer home delivery to locations in the United States（Except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico).

 

We do not ship to P.O. boxes addresses and Military APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

SHIPPING TIMELINES:

Total Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time.

Each item has a unique processing or production time, it usually takes 5--9 business days to finish your product.

Standard shipping typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at amyprom2026@hotmail.com .

If you need your order sooner, we also offer expedited shipping on select items. For details and fees, please reach out to us.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

At this time, we are only able to apply one address per order. We cannot split and order and ship products to separate locations.

If you were planning to order items for your party and want them to be shipped directly to them, you'll need to either place separate orders for each party member or place a single order and ship them out directly yourself once the package is delivered to you. 

 

Undelivered Packages

Our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to DUNALI.

As an undelivered package and will be tagged as return to sender. In the event that this occurs, please contact us at amyprom2026@hotmail.com to make arrangements for reshipment.
